When I started Cormorant, I believed there was space in Washington’s cannabis market for something genuinely different. You proved me right. The response was humbling, and I’m proud of what we built.

But I reached a point where I had to be honest with myself: I couldn’t keep Cormorant going in a way that honored the craft and served you well. What I didn’t expect was Jeff Hubbard calling me.

We made a deal because we share the passion for making unique and high quality cannabis experiences. Constellation is buying the equipment. I’m personally walking their team through everything I know about making sorbet — the process, the technique, the ingredients, the things that can’t be written down. This isn’t a handoff. It’s a continuation.

I’ve seen how Constellation operates, and I’m confident they’ll honor what we built.
